Email Notification
Would you like a quick, easy way to find out when your cat requires a health check up? How about a reminder that your dog’s vaccination is due?
Email Notification is an optional way for you to be notified that your pet is due for an important health check. Our clinic is now emailing owners when their pet’s health checks are about to be due. This reminder notice is sent one to two weeks before the health check date.
Email Notification offers advantages over the standard paper reminders:
► Reminders get to you faster. It takes two to three more days for a paper notice to reach
your mailbox than it does an email message to reach your email account.
► Environmentally friendly. Each email notice sent reduces the number of paper notices we
must use. This can eventually reduce the number of trees used to produce paper notices.

Please be aware that this service replaces paper notices. At this time we are not able to send both paper and email notices. If you are unable to check your email regularly, this service may not be right for you.
How do I sign up?
To sign up for email notices, follow these instructions using the link at the bottom of the page:
► Type in your pets name, your surname, the email address you would like the reminders to
be sent to, and a contact phone number in case we are unable to verify you with this
information. Please be sure to type in your complete email address (for example
"wilbur@catfriends.com.au") and be sure that the email address is correct. Also make
sure you enter the correct surname of your pet’s file, so we can match it to our current
clinic records.
► Once you have completed the form, click the "Setup" button.
► An automated confirmation message will be sent to the email address you entered on the
form.
► If you do not receive a return verification after you try to register, it means that there was
a problem with the email address you entered (information was recorded wrong, address
not valid, etc.). In this case we will contact you via the contact number provided for
further verification.
