Please note if you have more than one pet, ALL pets under this surname will be automatically setup to receive email reminders as well. (You only need to enter the name of one pet.)
Please be sure to type in your complete email address (for example "wilbur@catfriends.com.au") and be sure that the email address is correct. Also make sure you enter the correct surname of your pet’s file, so we can match it to our current clinic records.
